====== Integrationsframework-Szenariopaket ======

**Warnung:** Die Verwendung des Integration Frameworks mit COBI.wms ist veraltet (*deprecated*) und wird für neue Installationen **dringend abgeraten**.  
Die meisten neuen COBI.wms-Funktionen sind nur bei Verwendung des **Service Layers** verfügbar.

Für die Anbindung von COBI.wms an SAP Business One Installationen auf **MS SQL Server**, die **älter als Version 10** sind, muss das **Integration Framework (auch B1i genannt)** verwendet werden, da der Service Layer in diesen Versionen nicht verfügbar ist.

Das Integration Framework kann über das offizielle SAP Business One Setup installiert und konfiguriert werden. In der Setup-Oberfläche ist es als **Integration Solution Components** aufgeführt.

Nach erfolgreicher Installation und Konfiguration von B1i muss das **COBI.wms-Szenariopaket** in B1i importiert und aktiviert werden.

===== Anleitung =====

  - Lade die ZIP-Datei des Szenariopakets auf deinen Computer herunter: {{ :cobi.wms:cobiwms-b1if.zip |}}
  - Zum Import des Szenariopakets öffne in der Weboberfläche von B1i die Seite **SCENARIOS → Import** und wähle die heruntergeladene ZIP-Datei aus.  Alle Kontrollkästchen auf der Import-Seite können deaktiviert bleiben – einfach die Datei auswählen, **Submit** und anschließend **Import** klicken.
  - Nach dem Import öffne im Menü auf der linken Seite den Punkt **Control** (oberhalb von *Import*).  Suche die Zeile mit **cobi.wms**, **aktiviere die Checkbox noch nicht**, sondern klicke auf das Symbol mit den **drei roten Pfeilen** auf der rechten Seite, um den Setup-Assistenten zu starten.
  - Im ersten Schritt des Setups klicke auf **All Activate**.  Falls die Häkchen bei **Generate** nicht gesetzt sind, klicke zusätzlich auf **All Generate**.
  - Im zweiten Schritt markiere **HTTP-B1System**.  (Wenn kein HTTP-System in der Liste vorhanden ist, siehe die B1i-Dokumentation zur Erstellung eines HTTP-Systems unter **SLD**.)
  - In den weiteren Schritten müssen keine Änderungen vorgenommen werden – einfach die Standardwerte beibehalten und auf **Deploy** klicken.
  - Um das Paket zu aktivieren, setze nun das Häkchen am linken Rand der Zeile **cobi.wms**.  Die Seite reagiert möglicherweise kurzzeitig nicht und fragt anschließend, ob das Szenariopaket aktiviert werden soll. Bestätige diese Abfrage.

Nach erfolgreicher Aktivierung kannst du rechts in der Zeile **cobi.wms** auf den Button **Trigger** klicken.  
Daraufhin wird eine Liste mit URLs angezeigt – alle sind identisch. Diese URL muss in das Feld **APIURL** der [[Management Database]] eingetragen werden.
===== Benutzerdefinierte Felder (UDFs) =====

Bei Verwendung des Integration Frameworks müssen in den jeweiligen SAP Business One Firmendatenbanken mehrere **benutzerdefinierte Felder (UDFs)** hinzugefügt werden, damit die COBI.wms-Transaktionen korrekt funktionieren.

Die folgenden UDFs müssen sowohl unter **Marketingbelege → Titel** als auch unter **Lagerverwaltung → Kommissionierliste** angelegt werden:

====== Integration Framework Scenario Package ======

**Warning: The use of Integration Framework with COBI.wms is deprecated and highly discouraged for new installations.  Most new COBI.wms features are only available when using Service Layer.**

For connecting COBI.wms to MS SQL Server-based SAP Business One installations that are older than version 10, you need to use the Integration Framework (also called B1i) because Service Layer is not available.

You can install and configure B1i from the official SAP Business One setup utility, where it's listed as **Integration Solution Components**.

After you've successfully installed and configured B1i, you have to import and activate the **COBI.wms Scenario Package** for B1i.

===== Instructions =====

  - Download the Scenario Package ZIP file to your computer:  {{cobiwms-b1if.zip}}
  - To import the Scenario Package, visit the page **SCENARIOS -> Import** in the web interface of B1i, and select the ZIP file that you downloaded.  You can leave all the check-boxes in the import page unchecked, just select the ZIP file and click **Submit** and then **Import**.
  - After the import, visit the **Control** page from the menu on the left, above Import.  Find the line for **cobi.wms** but **don't activate the check-box yet**.  Instead, click on the **three red arrows** symbol on the right side, which will start the Setup Wizard.
  - In the first step of the Setup, click on **All Activate**.  Also click on **All Generate** if the Generate check-boxes are not already checked.
  - In the second step, check **HTTP-B1System**.  (If you don't have an HTTP system in the list, then please refer to the B1i documentation for creating an HTTP system under **SLD**.)
  - In the other steps, you don't have to change anything, just leave the default values and click **Deploy**.
  - Now to activate the package, click on the check-box on the left end of the line with **cobi.wms**.  The page might hang for a moment, and will then ask you if the Scenario Package should be activated.  Confirm it.

After the activation is done, you can click on the **Trigger** button on the right side of the **cobi.wms** line.  This should show a list of URLs, which are all identical.  This is the URL you need to insert into the **APIURL** field of the [[Management Database]].

===== User-Defined Fields =====

When using the Integration Framework, you also have to add a number of UDFs to your SAP Business One company databases for COBI.wms transactions to work.

The following UDFs have to be added under both **Marketing Documents -> Title** and **Inventory -> Pick List**:
