   * Fixed a bug in the Service Layer handling of inactive bin locations. Inactive bins were still being displayed despite the option being disabled.
   * Fixed an issue in the Pick List module where the START PICKING button appeared after sending an empty list. The button is now correctly hidden in this case.
   * Fixed an issue during picking where batch splitting was blocked when batches were already pre-assigned.The logic has been adjusted so that entering the same batch manually no longer triggers an “exceeds stock quantity” error.
