COBI.msv is a server-side implementation of the German standard MSV3 for data interchange between pharmacies and pharma suppliers.
It implements exclusively Version 2 of the standard, not Version 1, and implements only the server (supplier side), not the client (pharmacy side).
It is implemented as a Java program / systemd service, and can run on any GNU/Linux distribution with JDK 15 or higher. (OpenJDK can be easily downloaded from the Oracle website and installed in the “/opt” directory without the need of a distribution-specific package.)
COBI.msv uses Service Layer to communicate with SAP Business One. It uses exclusively the SAP Business One database and does not use any database of its own.
