====== COBI.time ======

COBI.time ist eine effiziente Personalzeiterfassung angebunden in SAP Business One.\\ Mit COBI.time können Sie Ihre Arbeitszeit einfach über den typischen Webbrowser oder das mobile Gerät aufzeichnen.\\ So können Sie Ihre Arbeits-, Pausen-, Projektzeiten und Dienstreisen einfach und schnell von jedem Standort buchen und verwalten.
Verknüpfen Sie Arbeitszeiten mit Projekten oder Kostenstellen und behalten Sie alle relevanten Daten im Auge.

===== Handbuch =====

Nachfolgend die COBI.time Benutzerhandbücher unterteilt in drei Kategorien, die Ihnen zur Einrichtung und Anwendung dienen sollen:

Die Handbücher setzen voraus, dass die Anwender mit dem PC oder dem Gerät, auf dem COBI.time installiert ist, vertraut sind. Die Person, die mit COBI.time arbeitet, muss über eine ausreichende Sicherheitsfreigabe verfügen und entsprechend dem Status des Unternehmens autorisiert sein.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass einige Funktionen möglicherweise nicht in Ihrer aktuellen Version verfügbar sind. 
Die Release-Notes bieten Ihnen eine Übersicht darüber, wann welche Funktionen mit welchem Release eingeführt wurden. Ihre aktuelle COBI.time Version finden Sie in den System Einstellungen in der unteren rechten Ecke.

Wenn Sie COBI.time richtig verstehen und erfolgreich implementieren möchten, wird dringend empfohlen, sich alle Teile der Dokumentation anzusehen, insbesondere die Architektur, und nicht nur einer einfachen Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung zu folgen. Die folgende Seite bietet jedoch solch eine Anleitung, sodass Sie eine Checkliste der Aufgaben haben, die Sie bei der Implementierung befolgen können:

====== COBI.time ======

COBI.time is an efficient personnel time recording system that is connected to SAP Business One.\\ With COBI.time you can easily record your working time via the conventional web browser or any mobile device.\\ This way you can track your working, break and project times, additoinally book and manage business trips quickly and easily from any location.
Link working times to projects or cost centers and keep an eye on all relevant data.

===== Manual =====

The COBI.time user manuals are divided into three categories to help you tp set up COBI.time and use it:

  * COBI.time user guide for the [[en:cobi.time/manual/administrator|Administrator]]
  * COBI.time user manual for the [[en:cobi.time/manual/standard|Standard user]]
  * COBI.time user manual for the [[en:cobi.time/manual/manager|Manager]]
  * COBI.time user manual for the [[en:cobi.time/manual/terminal|Terminal user]]

The manuals assume that the user is familiar with the PC or device on which COBI.time is installed. The person working with COBI.time must have sufficient security clearance and be authorized according to the status of the company.

Please note that some features may not be available in your current version.
The release notes provide you with an overview of when which functions were introduced with which release. You can find your current COBI.time version in the system settings in the lower right corner.
